Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about anonymous crypto exchange on Secrecy Exchange — swapping Bitcoin, Monero, USDT, Ethereum, XRP and 60+ coins without KYC, without an account and without frozen funds. Straight answers, no filler.
Getting Started
There is no account on Secrecy Exchange. No email, no password, no registration of any kind. Open the exchange widget, pick your send and receive assets, enter your destination wallet address and start the swap. The whole process from first visit to confirmed order takes under two minutes.
Correct. We will never ask for a government ID, passport, selfie, proof of address or source-of-funds declaration — not at any stage. Most platforms that advertise no-KYC still allow deposits freely then freeze your withdrawal once your balance reaches an internal threshold, forcing you to verify before releasing your own money. Our risk controls run before an order is accepted, not after your funds are inside the system. Once an order is confirmed, it completes automatically to your wallet without interruption.
Any of our 60+ supported assets can be swapped without identity verification. This includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, XRP, USDT across seven networks, BNB, Solana, Cardano, Dogecoin, Toncoin, Litecoin, DASH, Zcash, Arbitrum, Polygon, Bitcoin Cash, PEPE, TRON, DAI, USDC and more. See the full list in the exchange widget.
The minimum order size is the equivalent of $100 USD in any asset. The maximum is $282,100 USD equivalent per order. These limits are the same for all users globally with no tiers and no verification that unlocks higher limits. They exist as a structural measure against large-scale abuse, not as a barrier to legitimate use.
Yes, and we actively support it. Traffic from Tor exit nodes and VPN services is treated identically to direct connections. There are no rate limits, CAPTCHAs, blocks or friction added for users connecting through privacy networks. Pairing network-level anonymity with our application-level privacy gives you the most thorough approach available.
The Swap Process
Speed depends on your source blockchain. Bitcoin swaps typically complete in 15 to 25 minutes including on-chain confirmation time. Tron, Solana and TON-based swaps are often done in under five minutes. Once your deposit confirms, our engine fires the outgoing payment immediately with no human review step in between.
1. Select your send asset and receive asset from the widget. 2. Enter the wallet address where you want to receive funds. 3. Our engine generates a unique one-time deposit address for your order and locks your rate for 30 minutes. 4. Send your crypto from any wallet to that deposit address. 5. Once confirmed on-chain, the swap executes automatically and funds are delivered to your destination wallet. No human review occurs at any step.
If the deposited amount falls below the minimum threshold shown on your order page, the automated engine will not trigger the swap. Contact support@secrecy.exchange immediately with your Order ID and transaction hash. Always check the minimum amount shown on the order page before sending.
We lock the rate for 30 minutes from order creation to protect you from market volatility while your crypto is in transit and waiting for confirmations. If your deposit confirms within the 30-minute window, you receive exactly the rate shown at order creation. If the timer expires before your deposit confirms, the swap executes at the then-current market rate. Starting your transfer promptly after creating the order keeps you inside the lock window.
Privacy and Data
We store only the mechanical data needed to route your swap: the one-time deposit address, your destination wallet address, the asset pair, the amount and an order timestamp. This data lives in a temporary PHP session. Once your browser session ends, the link between this metadata and your device is permanently severed. We maintain no persistent user database and no transaction history linked to any individual.
Bitcoin is a fully transparent ledger — every transaction you have ever made is permanently visible and traceable on-chain. Monero is the opposite: its Ring Confidential Transactions, stealth addresses and Ring Signatures make all transaction details cryptographically hidden. Converting BTC to XMR severs the on-chain link between your Bitcoin history and your new Monero balance. This is why BTC to XMR is our most popular route by a wide margin.
Yes. USDT to XMR is one of the most popular routes on Secrecy Exchange. We support USDT on seven different networks: ERC20, TRC20, BEP20, Arbitrum, Polygon, Solana and TON. Pick the network your USDT is on, enter your Monero address and complete the swap with no verification at all. TRC20 is typically the fastest and cheapest option.
No. We do not provide wallets, we do not maintain user balances and we do not hold private keys on behalf of users. Your crypto is held at a one-time deposit address only for the brief period required to confirm the transaction. Funds are then sent directly from our routing infrastructure to your specified destination address. There is no intermediate account balance and no custodial risk at any point.
Troubleshooting and Support
First, use a block explorer to confirm your transaction is fully confirmed on-chain with the required number of confirmations — not just broadcast. Also verify you sent to the correct deposit address for your specific order. If your transaction is confirmed and more than 30 minutes have passed, email support@secrecy.exchange with your Order ID (ORD-XXXXXXXX format) and your transaction hash. Our team resolves stuck orders quickly.
Sending an asset that differs from your order is a critical error the automated engine cannot process alone. Contact support immediately at support@secrecy.exchange with your Order ID, the transaction hash and a full description of what was sent. We will attempt recovery on a best-effort basis — the sooner you report it, the better the chances of a successful outcome.
